This cellphone has been released in Brazil.
Previously, Samsung launched a new cellphone from the Galaxy M-series line, namely the Samsung M55 5G on the official Samsung Brazil website.
Not long after that, this cellphone was also released in India.
It is rumored that the Samsung M55 5G will be released in Indonesia later.
The Samsung M55 5G is the successor to the Galaxy M54 5G which debuted in April last year and was released in Indonesia in early November 2023.
At first glance, the design of the Samsung M55 5G and M54 5G looks the same.
Because both come with a 6.7 inch screen accompanied by a small punch hole in the middle of the top.
The device frames of these two phones are also in the same curved style.
Likewise, the back design is almost twin with the camera modules arranged in a row in the rear left corner of the cellphone.
The only difference in the design aspect is the color.
Even though it is similar in appearance, the specifications of the Samsung M55 5G are quite different from its predecessor.
The main differentiator is the chipset aspect. This new smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip, not the Exynos 1380 like its predecessor.
Another difference is in the camera aspect, down to the cellphone battery capacity.
