Samsung launches in Brazil the new Smart Monitor M5 with the Tizen operating system – Video

Samsung revealed the launch in the Brazilian market of the new model of the Smart Monitor M5, now with a 27-inch screen with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080).

The monitor has a 16:9 aspect ratio, 60 Hz refresh rate, 250 cd/m² brightness, 3000:1 contrast, 178 degree viewing angle, 4 ms response time, HDR10, two USB ports 2.0, two HDMI 1.4 ports and Wi-Fi5 and Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity.

The device features Workmode, which allows remote access to another PC; Ultrawide Game View, which changes the screen proportions, increasing the viewing angle of games; Home Office, to pair it with a notebook without the use of cables; and Auto Source Switch, which detects plugged-in devices automatically, without searching the menu. It also has the Adaptive Picture mode for image optimization according to the environment, the Adaptive Sound function, which equalizes the sound emitted according to the content shown, and the Tizen operating system, with direct access to the main streaming applications.

In addition, the display also functions as a centralized hub for smart home devices, has AirPlay integration, through which users connect Apple products, and supports SlimFit camera and Microsoft 365 software.

The new Samsung Smart Monitor M5 is on sale in Brazil with a suggested price of R$ 2,199.
