Samsung Launches Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha Laptop

Jakarta, Selular.ID – Samsung is not only focusing on the smartphone line, they are also enriching its laptop portfolio by releasing the Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha. This brand-new laptop is the direct successor of the Galaxy Book Flex.

The new Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha comes in 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch OLED display configurations. The name Flex2 was given because of the screen that can be rotated up to 360 degrees. The screen has a brightness of]400 nits and 600 nits in Outdoor mode.

The screen has FHD resolution (1,920 x 1,080 pixels). In addition, the screen also offers support for S Pen accessories.

This new laptop comes with a runway in the form of an Intel 11th generation processor. Users can choose between variants with Intel Core i5-1135G7 or Intel Core i7-1165G7 with Intel Iris Xe graphics.

The higher variant offers up to 16GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB SSD. This new laptop is also equipped with 1 HDMI, 1 USB-C, two USB-A 3.2, a microSD card, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Regarding battery life, the South Korean technology company promises a battery life of up to 18 and a half hours. The device is equipped with a 54Wh battery which can be recharged at a speed of 40W.

The Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha is currently on pre-order and will start shipping on May 17th. The 13.3-inch model will retail for USD 849 (IDR 12 million) with an Intel i5-1135G7, 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

As for the variant with an Intel Core i7-1165G7 with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, it is available at a price of USD 1,049 (IDR 15 million).
