Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Samsung has launched the Galaxy AI feature together with the launch of the Galaxy S24 Series. Following its presence on smartphone devices, Samsung announced that this feature would also be coming to their TWS.
Quoting information from GSM ArenaThursday (15/2/2024), Samsung is reported to have rolled out an OTA update for the Live Translation and Interpretation features to several Samsung TWS such as the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, Galaxy Buds 2, and Galaxy Buds FE.
It is stated that this update has been rolled out to several users in India. According to Samsung, these two features are on-device features on the Galaxy Buds, so users do not need an internet connection.
Samsung says this feature allows users to directly speak directly into the microphone on the Galaxy Buds. Then, the voice will be translated
“Users can speak directly into the Buds microphone and a translation of their voice will be available via the Galaxy S24 to create a conversation that is close to natural between two people,” wrote Samsung regarding the presence of the Galaxy AI feature in the Galaxy Buds line.
For your information, Live Translation allows users to see translated calls directly on the Galaxy S24 screen when talking via Galaxy Buds.
While Interpretation provides interpretation face-to-face seamless two-way through the interface of the Galaxy Buds.
Currently, the Galaxy AI feature is only available in India, but it is likely to be available in more countries in the next few months.
