JAKARTA – Samsung Electronics Indonesia this year is increasing the number of smart devices that can be connected to the Galaxy ecosystem. “The devices that we feel today can support users’ daily lives,” said Leo Hendarto Marathon, Samsung Mobile Product Marketing Manager, Samsung Electronics Indonesia, during a virtual discussion, Wednesday.
Samsung in January launched a mobile phone flagship Galaxy S21 series, as well as a number of devices in the Galaxy ecosystem, namely Galaxy Buds Pro, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy SmartTag. The three devices are smart devices that can connect to any Galaxy series of phones, not just the recently launched Galaxy S21.
The recently launched Galaxy Buds Pro wireless earphones are a version on top of the Galaxy Buds Live, which were present since last year. This device is equipped with three microphones to maximize sound quality when calling or taking part in video conferencing, as well as technology intelligent Active Noise Canceling (ANC) to reduce outside noise.
Same as earbuds wireless from Samsung before, the Galaxy Buds Pro uses a design in-ear, pinned in the ear cavity. Galaxy Watch Active is a smart watch designed to monitor fitness activities, including running, jogging, cycling and swimming.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy SmartTag is a smart key chain that can be attached to important objects that are not connected to the internet, such as keys or even pets. When the object is lost or tucked away, users can search with the help of the SmartThings Find application on the cellphone. SmartTag will provide a signal to the cellphone so that the object’s presence can be detected. (E-4)
