Samsung introduced the Galaxy SIII – a competitor to the iPhone –

/ world today news/ Samsung presented its new smartphone – Galaxy SIII. The model is positioned as a competitor to the iPhone.

The model is equipped with a quad-core processor, Exynos Quad, a large display with 1280 x 720 pixels, two cameras – one 2-megapixel and one 8-megapixel. Galaxy SIII will be available with 16, 32 and 64 gigabytes of built-in memory. The device is controlled by the latest version of the Android operating system – 4.0, reports ITAR-TASS. Users will be able to buy it in two color options – white and blue. In addition to the standard set of features, the new smartphone will have an improved voice control system. Navigation will be available with the A-GPS, GPS and GLONASS system.

The Galaxy SIII will go on sale at the end of May.
