Samsung Heavy Industries receives new order from GTT

(Boursier.com) — GTT received an order from its partner, the Korean shipyard Samsung Heavy Industries, for the design of tanks for a production, liquefaction and storage unit for LNG (Floating Liquefied Natural Gas or FLNG), on behalf of an Asian shipowner.

With a total storage capacity of 200,000 m3, this FLNG will be the first to integrate the Mark III Flex membrane containment system developed by GTT.

Delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
