Samsung has banned Caviar from selling Galaxy S21 Ultra before the official announcement

On the eve of the New Year, the Russian premium brand Caviar announced several new products at once, among which was the gold version of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphone, which has not yet been presented, estimated by the company at 5 million rubles. For Koreans, this move is clearly Caviar didn’t like.

Samsung convinced Caviar to remove the page with the smartphone and the buy button before the official announcement, moreover, according to LetsGoDigital, the smartphone manufacturer began to demand the removal of notes on news resources that wrote about the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra from Caviar, including from LetsGoDigital itself.

It is worth noting that Caviar often opens pre-orders for special versions of yet unannounced smartphones, including future iPhones. However, Apple, pursuing an even stricter policy regarding leaks of its own devices, did not make any claims to Caviar and news resources.

The official announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S21 line will take place on January 14th.
