Samsung gives more Android 11 details: this is how it looks

It looks like Samsung is starting to roll out the first Android 11 updates this month. This can be read on a renewed website of the manufacturer.

Samsung gives more Android 11 details

Samsung has gotten a fresh update on one of its websites and given more details about One UI 3.0. That version of the skin, which overlays Android, is part of the Android 11update for Samsung devices. Recently, various betas have been rolled out of the new software, but that was not in the Netherlands.

The manufacturer mentions on the website that the rollout will start this month. It is not mentioned which devices are involved and in which countries the updates will appear first. We assume that the Samsung S20, Galaxy S20 Plus and the S20 Ultra-model get the update first, followed by the Samsung Galaxy Note 20-Phones.

This is what the One UI 3.0 shell looks like

A big upgrade for the design is the quick settings panel. That has been completely redesigned. A new media widget is also being introduced. This way you can play content from different services via the same widget.

The site also highlights new functions for Samsung Knox and Smart Switch, among others. These are services for security and transferring data from your old device to your new Samsung device respectively.

Samsung One UI 3.0

The website also lists the normal ones Galaxy Fold in Z Fold 2 called just like the Galaxy Tab S7 tablet. The Multi-Active Windows function will be extended for those devices. The large screens make multitasking even easier. Furthermore, the One UI 3.0 update offers the possibility to make video calls with AR emoji. Choose your favorite look, start a conversation and you will look like your chosen character.
