Samsung’s next big foldable Galaxy Z Fold 4 has been found in the benchmark program Geekbench, where a collection of basic specifications is revealed. Geekbench lists Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, 12GB RAM, and Android 12.
Although benchmark results are not always the most reliable source, the new Fold looks like it will have the Plus variant of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, something that has also been claimed before. Unlike the S-Series, Samsung has so far used Qualcomm’s flagship chip for all its foldables globally.
Fold 4 is expected to offer up to 1TB of storage, a 4400mAh battery, and be lighter than its predecessor. The fold where the panel is folded should also have become less visible.
