jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Samsung released two of its newest devices, Galaxy XCover 5 and Galaxy Tab Active3 for users in Indonesia, Monday (31/1).
The two devices are specially designed for field workers such as medical officers, police, security officers, retail logistics, mining workers, mechanics, and financial sector workers who have to visit customers to various places.

However, the difficult terrain and conditions in the field can hinder the smooth running of the work.
“We designed Galaxy XCover 5 and the Galaxy Tab Active3, which is equipped with powerful rugged features and military-standard durability,” said Lukman in a press release, Tuesday (1/2).
Both devices from South Korea combine toughness and comfort into a durable product, making it suitable for hard workers and challenges.
Both devices are certified MIL-STD-810H for toughness to face the most extreme working environments and are able to absorb impacts even if they fall from a height of 1.5 meters.
In addition, both devices are IP68 rated for resistance to dust, dirt and sand, and are water resistant when submerged at a depth of up to one meter for 30 minutes.
Another important rugged feature in both is Touch Sensitivity: when this feature is activated, professionals can continue to use the device comfortably even when wearing gloves.
