Not long after the release of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series, Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab A9 and A9 Plus globally. This is a low-priced tablet with the right specifications for digital needs.

“With the launch of the latest Galaxy Tab A series, we are making it even easier for everyone to enjoy extraordinary entertainment and productive multitasking across the Galaxy ecosystem,” he added.
Galaxy Tab A9 and A9+ specifications
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 offers an 8.7 inch screen with a refresh rate of 60Hz. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A9 Plus comes with an 11 inch display and has a refresh rate of 90Hz.
Samsung supports the Galaxy Tab A9 with the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, while the Galaxy Tab A9 Plus is powered by Snapdragon 695. There are two configurations provided, namely 4/64 GB and 8/128 GB, both of which have a microSD slot to increase storage space up to 1 TB.
A 5,100 mAh capacity battery is embedded in the Galaxy Tab A9. The Galaxy Tab A9 Plus is equipped with a 7,040 mAh battery.

Samsung has installed a 2 MP front and 8 MP rear camera on its two new tablets. Apart from that, it provides WiFi, Bluetooth and support for connections up to 5G.
There are four speakers on this tablet which are provided with Dolby Amos support. Interestingly, despite the low price, the Galaxy Tab A9 and A9+ are equipped with Samsung Knox, Samsung DeX and multitasking features such as split screen.
No less important is Samsung Kids which helps children access the digital world safely. With a simple setup process, parents can monitor and control activities, access settings, create child profiles, manage play time, and monitor the content consumed by their children. Plus, Edutainment provides fun and interesting content for families.
Price and Availability
Galaxy Tab A9 and A9 Plus go on sale October 23 2023 in a number of countries with Graphite, Silver and Navy color choices. Unfortunately there is no information yet on when both will be available in Indonesia.
