Samsung fans were expecting a big change in the design of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Initial leaks indicated that the sharp corners of the S24 Ultra will be replaced by more rounded lines.
However, leaked images indicate that these expectations may not be fully met.
Roland Quandt, who published the leaks, shared images of third-party silicone cases designed for the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus and S25 Ultra.
According to these images, the corners of the S25 Ultra will be slightly curved and the overall design will be very similar to the S24 Ultra.
Leaks also show that the S25 Ultra will have smooth edges. This can make the side frames appear thinner. Because the curved side rails of the S24 Ultra made the side frames look thicker than they actually were.
THE DESIGN MUST BE THE SAME
It is reported that the design will remain almost the same in the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus models. Apart from a few changes in dimensions, these models are not expected to be different from their predecessors.
The entire Galaxy S25 family will reportedly be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip in all regions.
Initial reports raised concerns that this chipset could cause overheating issues, but these concerns are believed to be unfounded.
Samsung’s One UI 7 update based on Android 15 is expected to be released on the same day as the Galaxy S25.
