Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Launch Set for January 2025

The news, initially hinted at by industry insider Evan blass (@evleaks) on X, confirms months of speculation surrounding the next generation of Samsung flagship smartphones.
Blass’s post, featuring the iconic Galaxy AI blue star and the text “Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 22 Gennaio 2025″ along wiht the word “Confirmation,” seemingly originated from Samsung Italy. The event will take place in San Jose, California, at 10:00 a.m. PST, according to GSM Arena.
The upcoming event is expected to showcase four variants of the Galaxy S25: the standard S25, the S25+, the S25 Ultra, and a rumored S25 Slim. Beyond the flagship phones, Samsung may also introduce its much-anticipated Project Moohan XR headset.

Three models – SM-S931B (likely the S25), SM-S936B (possibly the S25+), and SM-S938B (perhaps the S25 Ultra) – have received Domestic Component Level (TKDN) certification from the indonesian Ministry of Industry, boasting a 37.5 percent TKDN value and 5G connectivity. The certificates were issued to PT Samsung Electronics Indonesia on December 17, 2024.
