Samsung is said to be launching the Galaxy S23 series at their annual event, namely Unpacked.

While Samsung hasn’t confirmed when exactly, Korean media reports that Galaxy Unpacked 2023 will be held in San Francisco. Quoting Korea JoongAng Daily via GSM Arena, on Wednesday (11/30/2022), the Galaxy S23 series launch was held in the first week of February 2023.

While he doesn’t reveal the date, it’s very likely that this event won’t be much different from the Galaxy S22 launch date on February 9, 2022.

Samsung seems interested in bringing satellite connection features like the iPhone 14 to the Galaxy S23 line.

Quoting EtNews via Android Central, on Sunday (11/27/2022), Samsung will work with Iridium Communication to bring about this plan.

It is known, Iridium is a global satellite communications company headquartered in McLean, Virginia, USA.

With this collaboration, Samsung aims to provide voice and data communications services using 66 low-orbit communications satellites.
