If you have read our Galaxy S23 test, we have little to teach you in these lines. It must be said that the Galaxy S23 + is a carbon copy, with the exception of its measurements, which are a little more generous. To accommodate a 6.6-inch screen occupying 89.3% of its facade, with thin borders therefore, the device still measures 157.8 x 76.2 x 7.6 mm for 196 grams. Like the Pixel 7 Pro, which is however a little thicker, it is therefore aimed at those who are not put off by very large formats. Its weight, fixed at 196 grams, remains however suitable given its dimensions.
With its glazed back protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, as well as its screen, the Galaxy S23+ is intended to be resistant to the vagaries of everyday life. It is also protected against immersion in water thanks to its IP68 certification. The smartphone is just as complete in terms of connectivity, since it is compatible with Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6E, e-SIM, 5G and wireless charging. On the other hand, high-end requires, there is no mini-jack or microSD port. Note, however, that the smartphone has 256 GB or 512 GB of storage, which is all in all comfortable.
Finally, note that the design of the Galaxy S23 + is, like that of the S23, similar to that of the S23 Ultra. This results in the direct integration of its photo modules into its back shell. An elegant choice.
