DKYLB. COM (14/3/2023) – For smartphone or smartphone users, the Samsung brand is often the choice. There are quite a large number of Samsung smartphone users in Indonesia.
But apparently with a large number of users and expensive prices of up to tens of millions, it doesn’t guarantee a smartphone is free from problems. Including from this brand.
Users of the Samsung Galaxy S23 and A22 Plus complain that the main lens is said to be damaged, resulting in blurry images in the shape of a banana or a ring.
This is most noticeable in images with text, but doesn’t mean other images don’t suffer from this issue on the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus.
For users concerned with image quality, this is a serious problem as some images may appear blurry and not as sharp as others.
This issue first appeared on a German tech forum and the number of complaints is growing.
Reddit, XDA forums, and Samsung’s community boards are filled with posts about the problem.
According to Notebookcheck’s report, their Galaxy S23 Plus also suffers from this problem where the pictures also turn out blurry in RAW mode.
They came to the conclusion that this is not a problem from the software side.
On SamMobile’s site, they were able to replicate this issue on Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus units, but only text images and documents had the problem.
Most of the affected units were manufactured in Vietnam, which is where the majority of Samsung’s phones are manufactured.
Many complaints from users of the newly released Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, one of which is a screen bubble.
But some units manufactured in India and South Korea also suffer from this problem.
Several Galaxy S22 owners said last year that the images this phone produces are blurry around the edges.
But the problem can be fixed in the settings and does not affect a large number of users.
