Jakarta, Selular.ID – Samsung is known to be releasing a successor device to the Galaxy S20 line called the Galaxy S21. Recent reports say the device has received TuV Rheinland certification which successfully revealed the battery capacity of the galaxy S21.
The certification sheet states the equipment Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with model number SM-G998. It is said, that the smartphone will be packed with a 5,000mAh battery.
This information is in line with previous rumors that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will come with an EB-BG998ABY battery which will be marketed as a 5,000mAh capacity battery. It’s also supported by 60W fast charging technology, up from the 45W Galaxy S20 Ultra.

Launching from Gizchina, Tuesday (22/9), the 3C certification sheet of this series shows that the Galaxy S21 will be supported by a 3,880mAh capacity battery while the Galaxy S21 Plus will pack a 4,660mAh battery. The battery is reportedly manufactured by a Chinese company and not Samsung.
Previous rumors said the device also comes with a new 108MP sensor, unlike the Galaxy S20 Ultra. Samsung decided to eliminate the Team-of-Flight (ToF) sensor. The ToF on the Galaxy S21 also comes without this sensor. Because the indirect ToF technology used by Samsung is less powerful than the direct ToF used by Apple.

GSM Arena reported, the company’s LSI Business System is reportedly developing an image sensor that can improve indirect ToF technology. But Samsung will consider using it on its smartphones after seeing how Apple will implement ToF technology in its products in the future and the market response to it.
So far, it is not known when Samsung is willing to launch the Galaxy S21 Series. The closest event to Galaxy Unpacked on September 23, will likely only be a stage for the Galaxy S20 FE. We wait for further news.
