Samsung Galaxy Note 20 FE name spotted
That name was discovered in the code of the Brazilian website of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. This special ‘Fan Edition’ of the S20 is also for sale in the Netherlands. It is an affordable device that falls in the Galaxy S20 line.
If the information is correct, Samsung is also working on such a special version of the Galaxy Note 20. This aircraft was produced together with the Samsung Note 20 Ultra presented at the beginning of August this year. Further information is scarce, but a screen diagonal of 6.5 inches is mentioned. This would make the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 FE the smallest of the three. The other two models have displays of 6.7 and 6.9 inches respectively.
More about the Galaxy Note 20 series
The current Note 20 series consists of two devices that share many of the specifications. They both contain an AMOLED screen. That refreshes 60 times per second with the normal Note and 120 times with the Note 20 Ultra. That makes for a much smoother experience while scrolling, gaming or watching movies. There is a Samsung chip on board, along with 8 / 256GB (Note 20) or 12 / 256GB working and storage memory. Only the Ultra model can be expanded with a micro-SD card.
The devices are dust and waterproof and have a single front camera. It is hidden in a small hole in the screen. If you turn the devices over, you will see three cameras. This way you can take images with the primary camera, wide-angle lens or telephoto lens. The Samsung Note 20 Ultra is the winner of this, partly due to its 108 megapixel camera. Samsung ships them with Android 10 and the One UI 2.5 shell. The Android 11 update to both devices, along with the updated One UI 3.0 skin.
