Samsung will release its Galaxy A71 and A51 in the Netherlands at the end of January. The two midrange smartphones each have four cameras at the back and an oled screen with a small hole for the front camera.
The 469 euros for the Galaxy A71 gets an 8ynm manufactured Exynos 980-soc and has a 6.7 “screen. The primary camera of this model is a specimen with a resolution of 64 megapixels. The one hundred euro cheaper Galaxy A51 contains an Exynos 9611- made soc and a 48-megapixel camera.
Both devices have four cameras on the back, but no telephoto lens. In addition to the primary camera, there is an ultra-wide-angle camera, a depth sensor and a macro camera. Samsung makes different configurations of the Android phones; in the A51 is 4, 6 or 8 GB of ram and in the A71 that is 6 or 8 GB. It is not yet clear which versions will be released in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Samsung announced the Galaxy A71 and A51 already in mid-December, but then it was not yet known when the smartphones would come out and at what price. The A71 comes in the colors black, silver and blue, and the A51 will appear in black, white and blue.
