A recently leaked render image has revealed that the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will have triple cameras on the back, arranged in three circular cutouts, and an LED flash. The front has a waterdrop notch for the selfie shooter and a large chin under the screen.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 has been spotted on the FCC website, which revealed that the phone will come with more 5G bands. There will be support for 15W fast charging and a 5,000mAh battery. The phone was also spotted on the NBTC and Bluetooth SIG websites, which revealed support for Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity.
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will be available in two processor options, MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC and alleged Exynos 1330 processor. The chipset can be paired with at least 4GB of RAM. The phone may come with a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display with FHD+ resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS and a USB Type-C port for charging.
Moving on to optics, Samsung Galaxy A14 is said to have a 50MP primary camera. There will be a 13MP camera on the front for selfies and video chats. The phone is likely to run on the Android 13 OneUI 5.0 custom OS out of the box.
