On the 25th, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance announced that the cumulative number of Anyfit Pro users has exceeded 2,000.
Anyfit Pro, a digital health management platform launched in July 2022, is a non-face-to-face, personalized health management service provided by each company to employees who need disease management.
‘Chronic disease management’, which provides customized management for each disease such as high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and fatty liver; ‘Weight and obesity management’, which implements weight loss to prevent diseases such as overweight and obesity; and mental state analysis through psychological tests and experts. It consists of a ‘mental health management’ program that provides one-on-one counseling.
The chronic disease management program is carried out through the voluntary participation of employees who need to manage high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and fatty liver. By using health measuring devices (blood pressure, blood sugar meter) that are linked to the Anyfit Pro application, you can easily record health values for each individual disease. Earlier this year, we also acquired a patent for ‘method and device for providing cardio-cerebrovascular blood and risk assessment services’.
The weight and obesity management program is a service for employees who need to manage their weight and body mass index (BMI). It helps you form weight management habits through a body fat meter linked to the app. Through linking with the health measurement device provided to all participants, my life log data can be easily recorded and lifestyle habits can be improved. Within the app, you can record your diet by taking pictures of food with the AI Food Lens. ‘Samsung Health’. You can also manage exercise records such as number of steps by linking with the ‘Apple Health’ app.
Anyfit Pro’s core competitiveness is that a dedicated health manager provides weekly coaching based on life log data. Health managers, comprised of nurses, nutritionists, and exercise prescribers, provide one-on-one customized counseling services in the areas of health, exercise, and nutrition via direct phone call once a week.
The blood pressure, blood sugar, and total cholesterol levels of users of the Anyfit Pro chronic disease management program improved by an average of 5-8%. The weight obesity management program showed an average weight loss effect of 3 kg (maximum 16.2 kg). Service users’ satisfaction with the program and intention to reuse it exceeded 90% on average.
