A Samsung must not announce a new Galaxy Note This year. The decision, on the other hand, does not sit well with many fans of the South Korean brand, especially users of the S Pen-accompanied cellphone family. In this spirit, the Sam Mobile proposed the launch of a generation of the line instead of the supposed Galaxy S22 in a petition revealed this Thursday (29).

The petition is available on the platform Change. The description points out that the line is “loved by millions of fans around the world.” The application further argues that fans “were very disappointed when Samsung announced that it would not be launching” a new model in 2022, “in part because of the chip shortage that has plagued the industry.”
In order to fix the problem, the command came up with a new Note in early 2022. “Perhaps Samsung could skip the Galaxy S22 lineup next year and give us a Note instead?” they suggested. “Samsung could keep all its main lines, switch between them and satisfy all the fans at the same time.”
The petition gained ground. In the past 24 hours, more than 10,000 people have submitted the petition. There are also comments in defense of mobile: “The Note series has always been the best phone for power users. I won’t buy another Samsung smartphone until the next version of Note,” said one signer.
“Please bring back the Note series because that’s the only reason I’m loyal to Samsung. And make the battery last much longer,” another person said in the comments. “Otherwise, I may have to resort to the fruit brand.”

Samsung is unlikely to launch a new Galaxy Note in 2022
The request came after Samsung gave indications that it would not launch a new Galaxy Note in 2022. In March, the brand’s co-CEO and head of cellphones and networking equipment said the next generation would be for 2022. Foldable phones with S Pen could arrive in August
Samsung is expected to introduce new foldable phones soon. The South Korean company has set the Galaxy Unpacked event for August 11, 2022. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are expected to be announced alongside the possible Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic with Wear OS, along with a new wireless headphones. .
