Jakarta (ANTARA) – Samsung Electronics Indonesia introduced a new Store Pickup and Online Order service, which carries the concept of online to offline or O2O.

Consumers can use Store Pickup to order mobile phones, tablets or devices wearable in a way online at the official Samsung store. After that, users can choose the goods to be sent to the nearest Samsung Experience Store (SES).
This method can be used to get around expensive shipping costs or delivery flexibility for people who travel a lot.
Even though you have to come directly to the outlet to pick up goods, the Store Pickup service offers the advantage of being able to directly ask the clerk at the store to set up a new cellphone and after-sales service if there are problems.
Currently, the service is only available in 41 Samsung Stores in 20 cities in Indonesia. Samsung plans to increase the number of outlets that can serve Store Pickup.
While the Online Order service can be used if during a visit to the store, the desired device is not in stock, for example, you want a certain color or storage capacity of a mobile phone model.
Users will be able to choose a home delivery address or Samsung Store and enjoy the features offered on shopping online, such as 0 percent installments, free shipping to product exchange.
The Online Order service is also only available at 41 Samsung Store outlets in 20 cities.
