SEOUL, Jan. 31 (Yonhap) — Samsung Electronics Co. said Tuesday that its net income in 2022 reached 55.65 trillion won ($45.3 billion), up 39.5 percent from a year earlier.
The company said in preliminary data that its 2022 operating profit fell 16 percent year-on-year to 43.37 trillion won, and its annual sales rose 8.1 percent to 302.23 trillion won.
