Samsung C&T Construction Division has been selected as the construction company for the Sajik 2 district redevelopment project in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
Samsung C&T announced that it has been selected as a construction company at the general meeting of Sajik District 2 Urban Environment Maintenance Business Association held today (17).
Samsung C&T explained that it intends to propose a differentiated design that connects the values of history, culture and nature by taking advantage of the geographical advantages of Sajik District 2 and introduce various smart housing products.

Sajik District 2 is a project for the construction of 456 units of 14 apartment blocks with 3 floors below ground to 12 floors above ground and ancillary care facilities in the area of 311-10 Sajik-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
The construction cost is approximately 176.7 billion won.
A Samsung C&T official remarked, “Since Sajik District 2 is the first Raemian to enter from Seoul’s four main gates, we will mobilize all of Raemian’s know-how to create it as a landmark.”
