Technology.idJakarta – Samsung has officially confirmed the launch date of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Ultra on February 1 at its annual Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event.
Unlike the previous year, this year’s Galaxy Unpacked will once again be held offline as it was broadcast online when the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
Galaxy Unpacked in 2023 will be held in San Francisco, USA at 10:00 am local time. Or on February 2 at 01:00 in Indonesia through the company’s official website.

At the event, the Galaxy S23 series will showcase three models, including the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
The Galaxy S23 series will be the first major flagship launch of 2023 in the Android space.
Samsung’s flagship phone line is expected to have a marginal improvement over the Galaxy S22 series, thanks to satellite connectivity and a 200MP camera on the ‘Ultra’ variant.

It will also be the last Samsung device to launch with the best update policy on Android: four years of major updates and five years of security patches.
It has not been confirmed whether Samsung plans to bring any more devices to Unpacked. But usually, the South Korean tech giant also releases other product categories, ranging from smart watches, earphones, laptops, and even foldable devices. On the booking page for the Samsung Unpacked event, there is reportedly a teaser for the Galaxy Book device.
Ahead of the big day, Samsung has opened a booking session for prospective buyers interested in previously owning the Galaxy S23 smartphone. Potential consumers have the opportunity to be the first to buy the Galaxy S23, S23+ or S23 Ultra.
You can reserve your Galaxy S23 through the Samsung website. Just enter your name and email address. You will then receive a US$50 credit which can be used towards a subsequent order.
When a user pre-orders, the credit will double to $100 if the user also purchases a Galaxy Book.
