Samsung, the South Korean electronics company, revealed the children’s versions of the Galaxy Tab A9 and Tab A9+ tablets that the company announced earlier this year.
These new versions come with various options for parental control, applications for monitoring children and determining usage time, in addition to increasing the level of security through the Samsung Knox platform, an easy user interface, and entertaining and educational content for children.
The Galaxy Tab A9 has an 8.7-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 60 Hz, while the Galaxy Tab A9+ has an 11-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. In terms of internal specifications, the two devices come with 4 or 8 GB of random access memory, with a storage capacity of 64 and 128 GB, with the ability to increase the storage capacity by adding an external memory card.
The Galaxy Tab A9 runs on a Helio G99 processor, while the Galaxy Tab A9+ runs on a Snapdragon 695 processor, and both devices run on the Android 13 operating system with One UI 5.1.1 interface.
The two devices include an 8-megapixel rear camera, a front camera, and a battery with a capacity of 5100 mAh in the Tab A9 and 7040 mAh in the Tab A9+ with external stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 5.
