Samsung has announced a new budget smartphone. The Galaxy A24 appears on the market in different colors and, remarkably enough, has an AMOLED screen. An OLED screen in this price range is quite unique.
The Samsung Galaxy A24 has surfaced on Samsung’s Vietnamese website. Of course, the necessary specifications are also mentioned. For example, the Galaxy A24 has a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen with a Full HD resolution and a U-notch for a 13MP selfie camera. The housing is made of plastic and is available in different colors. Internally we find a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, a maximum of 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage space that you can expand with a microSD card, a 5000 mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging and a triple rear camera with a 50MP main lens, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. There is also support for NFC and Dual SIM.
According to the source Winfuture the Samsung Galaxy A24 will first appear on the market in the Middle East, followed by some Asian countries, including Vietnam. The Galaxy A24 will receive a suggested retail price of around 200 euros.
It is still unclear whether and when the Galaxy A24 will appear on the market in Europe and how much the smartphone will cost here. The Samsung Galaxy A23 appeared on the market in the Netherlands for a suggested retail price of 229 euros.
