The sources cited refer to supply problems with one of its most important components: the Chipset.
Galaxy S21 FE production halted
The South Korean company has apparently interrupted the production process of one of its most important products and the possibility of not even reaching the market.

Due to the lack of processors, Samsung’s suppliers are failing to meet their goals, which forced the manufacturer to suspend the production of the Galaxy S21 FE and the cancellation of some other planned products.

The Galaxy S21 FE was expected with the mighty Snapdragon 888 of Qualcomm, but it seems that there are not enough chipsets for this smartphone to reach the market.
In fact, an industry source claims the South Korean company will have directed more of these Chipsets to its foldables, such as the Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3, and the production of 21 FE it’s taken a back seat because there aren’t enough semiconductors.
