The preliminary investigation into the presumed irregular proxies that punctuated the last municipal ballot in Marseille is coming to an end. In this context, four elected municipal officials, including Samia Ghali, were interviewed by the police on October 25 and 26, learned 20 Minutes corroborating sources, confirming information from Marsactu.
Marguerite Pasquini, Ferouz Mokthari and Roland Cazzola, municipal councilors, were heard while in police custody. Samia Ghali was heard under the status of witness. “It lasted an hour,” told 20 Minutes, Roland Cazzola, municipal councilor in charge of public space. “I was relieved, I had been waiting for this for 18 months. During the first hearing, the police warned us ”. The first police custody had already taken place in July 2020, as part of the preliminary investigation opened shortly after the municipal election which saw the victory of the Marseillais Spring.
