Sambuar to founder of Club 4, Tom Ketil Krogstad, distance himself from prostitution – NRK Trøndelag – Local news, TV and radio

– It was so often that it was almost uncomfortable, said one of those who testified in Trøndelag District Court on Wednesday.

The man in his 50s was the one who worked most in the Club 4 store, which is now closed. He also hosted a clubhouse outside Trondheim city center. The club is in full operation. It is a “sanctuary” for people who want to explore their sexuality.

Sambuar: Take a strong distance from prostitution

Club 4 founder Tom Ketil Krogstad is on trial in court for mediating contact between customers and prostitutes. He denies criminal guilt.

Several former and new employees in Vipservice AS testified on Wednesday. The company consists of the website, the shops and the sex club. According to Proff, the company had 14 employees and just over 13 million in operating revenues in 2019.

Two women told the court yesterday that the accused arranged between five and ten sex clients for the two.

All witnesses deny that the accused is involved in what he is accused of.

– We strongly dissociate ourselves from prostitution. We did not allow it, said Kjersti Kleven when she testified in court.

She is a daily camper in Vipservice AS and has been bidding with the accused for 16 years.

She also said that they are asked to get prostitutes from time to time, maybe two or three times a month. The request is always rejected.

Club 4 means a lot to a lot of people, the witness said.

– Having good sexual health means much more than many people understand. The club is a city where you are accepted for who you are, said the cohabitant.

“Not a word to my partner about this”

In an SMS communication with a woman who contacted the accused, the accused replied that he had room for accommodation. The accused also wrote:

“Do not talk to anyone about sales and not a word to my partner about this.”

The prosecutor thinks this may be about prostitution that Krogstad facilitated.

The cohabitant said in court that it could be a role play. Many women have fantasies about prostitution, but no one gets paid, the witness said. She knew about a couple of episodes at the club where members were banned due to sex.
– Can the defendant have run such an activity, say, that you are not familiar with? asked prosecutor, police inspector Per Morten Brobakke.
– I can never believe that, replied the sambuar.

Club members: Massage and “gangbang” – never buy sex

Defendant’s list of defense attorneys Farhad Shæriæti contains 15 names. Almost half of them are or have our members on the website of Club 4. They are all to be found in the communication that the prosecution has retrieved from the mobile phone of the accused.

Women are mentioned, price, that they are horny, sexy and that they can meet witnesses. Some ask for massage, especially tantra massage. Defendant writes that he can offer women who do this.

The witness said in court that there was never any talk of buying sex in the messages with the accused. It is about massage, “gangbang” or other sex without payment with other freethinkers.

Tantra massage is a massage where both are naked without sex, according to one of the witnesses. He received a message from the accused that he had a Norwegian lady who was in Trondheim, “sexy and easy-going”.

– What relevance does this have in relation to getting a massage? asked the prosecutor.

– If someone is to get lost in my body, it must be a social lady. And they must have a usable appearance, the man in his 70s replied.

– Do you make demands for appearance when you go to the dentist or doctor as well, the prosecutor asked.

– Yes, to the dentist, the man replied.

There was never any tantra massage on him for various reasons. He also thought the price, 1500 to 2000 kroner, was too expensive for massage, he said in court.

Several of the witnesses also knew of the two women who have told that the accused arranged contact with sex buyers. Witnesses said the two women were not telling the truth and that prostitution was not initiated by the accused.
