Princess Candrawathi conveyed his feelings regarding the murder case of Brigadier N Yosua Hutabarat which brought him to trial. One of the problems was the matter of an affair with Brigadier Yosua and Strong Ma’ruf.
This was conveyed by Putri when she was being examined as a defendant in the trial following the murder of Brigadier Yosua. At first, Putri was asked by one of her lawyers, Sarmauli Simangunsong, about the impact she had suffered as a result of the harassment she suffered.
“I will ask about the events after the incident on the 7th (July 2022). After the incident on the 7th, then there was the incident on the 8th, where Joshua was shot, so what impact did the Ms. Putri for the events especially on the 7th in Magelang, both to her family and to ADC, ART, at home?” Sarmauli asked in the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (11/1/2023).
“Definitely sad. Above all because there are reports or assumptions about me and my family, especially about me,” Putri replied.
Putri admitted that after the shooting of Yosua was made public, many negative assumptions were made about her. One of them, Putri said, was her relationship issues with Yosua and the family’s chauffeur, Strong Ma’ruf.
“Also, there were rumors that I was in a relationship with Joshua, that I was the same as Strong, and other negative assumptions were made about me. I just thought people out there didn’t feel that I have a family and children,” Putri said with trembling voice.
“I am out there, what is the mentality of my children with bad reports about their parents and this incident really shames me, the disgrace is exposed and other people know about it,” Putri added.
Putri was then asked if he had received psychological help following the incident with Yosua’s shooting. Former Kadiv Propam Polri Ferdy Sambo’s wife admitted that she had started receiving regular counseling and taking drugs.
“Did you see any psychologists after 8 (July),” Sarmauli asked.
“Yes,” replied the princess.
