Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —
Former Wakaden B of the Paminal Propam Polri Arif Rahman Arifin said Freddy Sambo angry when processing the crime scene (TKP) was led by the Kabareskrim Komjen Agus Andrianto last July 12.
The crime scene investigation in question was carried out at Ferdy Sambo’s house in Duren Tiga in relation to the murder of Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat (Brigadier J).
During a hearing at the South Jakarta District Court today, Arif recounted when he was ordered by Sesro Paminal Divpropam Polri Denny Nasution and Karo Provos Propam Polri Benny Ali to leave for the Sambo official residence at the Duren Tiga Police Complex on July 12.
That time occurred at around 18.00 WIB or one hour after the National Police Chief announced the formation of the Special Team consisting of Karo Paminal and Karo Provos.
Arif together with Denny and Benny arrived at the Sambo official residence at 19.00 WIB. An hour later, the Sambo official house began to fill with Polri officials including Kabareskrim Komjen Agus Andrianto and Director of General Crimes Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi.
“Starting with the TKP investigation from Lapfor, Inafis came later at around 20.30 WIB Pak Kaba and his entourage left, we also left the TKP because it was very crowded inside,” said Arif.
Shortly after, Karo Paminal Propam Polri Hendra Kurniawan contacted Arif by telephone. At that time, Hendra was in Jambi delivering the body of Brigadier J to Jambi.
“Asking a little angry. ‘You see who is leading?’ ‘Ready’. ‘What are you ready for?’ ‘Ready not to know’. ‘How were you at the TKP?’ “I’m ready to go outside.” “Can’t you see who is in charge of the TKP?” said Arif, imitating Hendra’s voice.
Arif then rushed into the Sambo official residence to see who was in charge of the TKP processing. He saw Puslabfor installing threads at the site where Brigadier J.
At that time, Arif saw the TKP investigation led directly by the Criminal Investigation Agency, Komjen Agus Andrianto.
“That’s what was asked, right? The Kabareskrim immediately sent it down?” asked the Chairman of the Panel of Judges Ahmad Suhel.
“Kabareskrim immediately,” answered Arif
“Trim crime scene?” asked the judge.
“TKP crime scene,” answered Arif.

Shortly after Hendra hung up, Sambo called Arif and asked the same thing. In fact, Sambo asked in an angry tone.
“Ferdy Sambo also called us. After Mr. Hendra called Mr. Ferdy Sambo called. Asked the same thing but already in an angry tone. ‘They don’t know it’s my house. Don’t they have the courtesy of permission with me’. I’m just ready to be ready ,” said Arif.
“It tickles me if Ferdy Sambo calls you after Hendra calls for how long?” asked the judge.
“Maybe 15 minutes,” Arif answered.
According to judge Suhel, it is not impossible that Sambo had received a call from Hendra earlier.
Arif admitted that he only answered ‘ready’ when Sambo asked the figure who was leading the TKP processing at his official residence.
He then waited in the garage and watched the crime scene processing through the window.
“I didn’t explain anything, I just got ready because I was scolded. Then the phone was turned off. I waited in the garage carport. Can see in from the window,” said Arif.
