That’s what “Samaritan” is about
Samaritan is a superhero movie releasing August 26th exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. The film is about 13-year-old boy Sam Cleary (Javon “Wanna” Walton from “Euphoria”), who suspects that his new neighbor, Mr. Smith (Stallone), is a secret legend. In fact, twenty years ago, the mystery man was endowed with superpowers that made him the Samaritan of Granite City. However, after a fiery warehouse fight with his rival Nemesis, he was pronounced dead.
Yet few Granite residents, like Sam, have hope that he is still alive. As crime continues to rise and the town teeters on the brink of chaos, Sam makes it his mission to lure his neighbor out of hiding in order to save the town from ruin.
