The artist, Sama Al-Masry, shared a video with her fans on the social networking site, Instagram, as she talked about Hala Shiha’s last position after she took off the veil.
Al-Masry expressed her annoyance at what the famous artist did, saying: “I am against what I did as a solution, as long as I wear the hijab, do not take off.” And she added: “Soon, Hanan Turk will give up her veil, and remember my words, because it is fashion and cattle among female artists.”
Commenting on the video, Sama Al-Masry wrote words that convey the same meaning, saying: “This is a message to Professor Hala Shiha and Hanan Turk, where will you go from me?” Hanan will take off the veil like Hala, and remember that well. And she added: “By the way, I used to wear the hijab when I was young, but it was against me, but why are you supposed to wear it out of conviction that you take it off?”
