The municipal utilities can primarily be reached by phone, email, customer portal or video chat. “To protect our customers and employees from possible corona diseases, we currently want to reduce direct contacts as much as possible. Nevertheless, we would of course like to continue to be there as a local and personal contact for our customers, ”says Stadtwerke Managing Director Volker Stammer, explaining the special measures. The Stadtwerke have recently started offering customers a callback service and free advice via video chat. Communication by phone, email or via the customer portal is offered for this purpose.
