Salvadoran gang member who was captured in Honduras deported – Diario La Página – 2024-04-16 12:45:27

The National Civil Police (PNC) reported that they deported a Salvadoran gang member who was captured in Honduras.

This is Carlos Alfredo Barahona Reyes, alias Pino, a member of the MS13 structure and profiled as a homeboy, who was hiding from the War Against Gangs in Honduras.

His capture was carried out in conjunction with the authorities of that country, for which he was handed over to the Salvadoran justice system at the El Amatillo, La Unión border.

According to the investigation, this gang member is wanted by a San Miguel court for the crimes of aggravated homicide, terrorist organizations and aggravated robbery.

In addition, the PNC said that for these crimes, the gang member will pay with a sentence of 96 years behind bars in the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT).
