Its meat is famous for being very expensive, as is one of the receipts sold in the Abu Ddabi restaurant at the modest sum of over 160 thousand euros for 14 diners.

To understand why Salt Bae is so “excessive” to say the least, we need to go back in time to his childhood. In an interview with Corriere, the most famous butcher on the web confessed that he comes from a very poor family where meat was not on the menu. So much so that he only managed to eat it at 13, when he started working in a butcher’s shop.
From 6 in the morning to midnight, and the night is spent on an armchair inside the shop because it is far from home. “Until I was 20 I wore clothes and shoes two sizes too big that I received from charity. Today I want luxury” he admits.

And judging by its appearance and that of its restaurants, rather than luxury we can talk about excess. But as we have seen, he has his reasons. Much talked about and criticized, regarding the reason for his popularity that is inexplicable for many, he states: “I changed the food industry and aspirations: before me, being a butcher had no appeal. Who wanted to marry a butcher? The children wanted to be a lawyer or an astronaut: now they dream of Nusret.”
But who really is Salt Bae? The entrepreneur-butcher responds decisively to this question: “An entrepreneur who has worked every day for 26 years, the first to arrive and the last to leave. I have never taken holidays, I sleep little at night. Business never sleeps”. That is to say business never sleeps. And the heart? What do we know about his love life? Who is her love?
