The Salsa Viva and Tango Vivo art training school has a history of more than 20 years in the city of Cali; focused on the training and representation of dancers, singers, musicians, actors, acrobats and artists in general.
Its founders are Edwin Chica Caro and his wife Lina María Valencia, also tango dancers.

For this version number 15 of the Salsódromo of the Cali Fair, they were in the group of ‘Ala # 3’ which represented the Joy that inspires from Pachuco to Carabalí of the 60s and 70s.
There was enormous emotion and just before going out to exhibit his show, Hermes Danilo Carabalí, artistic director of Salsa Viva and Tango Vivo, told the TuBarco team that it would be “a performance in which we will bring what was to the present, which will allow us to be reborn as we lived before”.
Their colorful costumes that recalled the time of the 60s and 70s, sneakers and white hats, the dancers came out.

For this school it was very important to be present at the Salsódromo, they have always been part of this tradition and now they are more special than ever after completing 15 years of creation.
