An unmissable back-to-school event in Chartres (Eure-et-Loir), the Salon des associations will be held on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 September 2023.
On this occasion, more than 160 associations and clubs will be present to publicize their activities and inspire the people of Chartrains and the inhabitants of the agglomeration to join them.
A showcase of community life in Chartres
Like every year on the occasion of the start of the new school year, the Salon des associations offers the inhabitants of Chartres metropolis a unique opportunity to discover a large part of the structures which animate the territory on the cultural, sporting, social level…
For this 20232 edition, more than 160 associations and clubs will be present to publicize their activities and make Chartrains and inhabitants of the agglomeration want to join them.
Alongside the stands, events and demonstrations will also be set up on Place Châtelet to introduce the public to certain activities.
The associative world is an important pillar of Chartres life and activities. It is supported each year by the municipality through the granting of subsidies (5.9 million euros voted in the 2022 budget).

The City thus provides the associative fabric with substantial logistical support, in particular through the provision of materials and public places and equipment.
