Salomon Kalou’s Dream Team: Former Teammates and Mastiffs – Ranking His Ultimate XI

Questioned by our colleagues from 90FootballSalomon Kalou (37) has composed his dream team made up solely of his former teammates, including some Mastiffs.

Trained in Mimosas in the Ivory Coast, Salomon Kalou has lived and still lives a long and rewarding career. A true globetrotter, the 37-year-old left winger has traveled through six countries with experiences in Germany, England and the Netherlands. In France, he made an impression during his time at LOSC with 34 goals and 11 assists to his name in 80 games played in all competitions. Always remembered while he is currently playing in Djibouti, Salomon Kalou recalled old memories by forming his dream eleven, only made up of former teammates, some of whom passed through LOSC.

” I would say Vincent Blindness. It was total assurance, but on top of that, he always had a smile on his face. He was a very nice, very likeable person. […] Back right, Jose Bosingwa of course, who I played with at Chelsea for years. In the axis, John Terry et (Ricardo) Carvalho. […] To the left, Ashley Cole. I had a lot of fun playing with him. […] In number 6, it is Claude Makelele, it’s the uncle, ‘Uncle Claude’ as I called him. From the start, he took me under his wing. So far, we still have very good relations. Afterwards, Yaya Toure Of course. […] I would say (Frank) Lampard. […] Right winger, Gervinho, the same story of Yaya Touré, we went to the same academy, he was my roommate. On the left I will put Nicolas Anelka. […] And then I put Didier Drogba, who could be shabby for the team even if it meant not touching a ball. »
