After a trans woman exposed a shoemaker for not having respected the pronoun by which she wanted to be called, businessman Ricardo Salinas Pliego defended the worker after “keeping calm in the face of a crazy cab.”
Through platform X, the founder of Grupo Salinas showed his admiration for the shoemaker after being recorded.
“If you need a shoemaker… find and give the man a job, and in passing tell him that he has my admiration for keeping calm in the face of a crazy bastard with nothing to do. The things that one has to see today hahaha,” said the owner of TV Azteca, accompanied by the video where the trans woman shows the man.

Through the same social network, “Meli la panda”, a trans woman, exposed a shoemaker for not having respected the pronoun by which she wanted to be called.
The recording shows the confrontation she had with the seller, who apparently refused to respect her identity.
“This person treated me very aggressively, I kindly asked him to tell me why he kept telling me HIM and he said ‘he doesn’t care’ @CONAPRED @COPRED_CDMX @la_de_rh no one helped me I just wanted my shoes and then a rude person from the SEDENA asking me for my INE,” he expressed.

According to the information provided by the young woman, the events would have occurred in Mexico City.
Meanwhile, in the video he is heard saying: “I’m going to record it, he’s disrespecting my pronouns, I’m telling them that I’m a trans woman, I’m telling him that I’m not him, it’s not a joke, it’s not even a joke, and you don’t care.”
For his part, the seller responded, “I’m not disrespecting you, here we are talking about shoes, not anything else. You are not coming to correct me nor am I coming to you, this is a business that has nothing to do with what you are telling me.”

Finally, the trans woman stated: “I am going to flag your damn business, I am going to publish it on social networks so they can see that you are a transphobe. “I’m going to talk to the police because what they are doing is not correct, they are disrespecting me and they don’t want to give me my boots.”
