Sales: Badenova now offers insurance solutions for energy services: Newspaper for municipal business

With the new offer, customers will in future be able to receive insurance cover for all technical components purchased through Badenova. “The new insurance cover makes E@H a completely worry-free package to bring the energy and heating transition into every private household in an affordable and future-proof manner,” explains Badenova board member Hans-Martin Hellebrand.

The digital end-to-end sales of EDL products, including insurance, takes place via the Cologne “epilot” cloud platform. From the initial lead generation and qualification to the creation of offers and internal task assignment to partner management and installation, every process step is communicated and handled (partially) automatically via the “epilot” software, it is said.

Financing must be requested separately

In addition to insurance, financing for energy transition products is also possible. Since this process is highly individual, financing must be requested and ordered separately. Inquiries from interested parties are collected as leads and processed separately.

“The Badenova end customers do not notice the complexity of the underlying software solution: they only perceive a tidy and interconnected purchasing process – with clear click paths and easy handling of the product world,” explains “epilot” CEO and founder Michel Nicolai. (hoe)
