This is not correct because all earnings after filing for bankruptcy are a different kind of buy.
A store may continue its activities to earn money, but it is obliged to keep its promises.
Please note, I am specifically talking about sales after filing and/or bankruptcy.
Everything that takes place before this falls outside this procedure. (Even if you ordered something a day before the application, you are out of luck)
If a seller sells something after the application and consciously does not live, then you no longer speak of impotence due to bankruptcy. But about scams.
Fraud is a completely different scale, and for which you as a board / management / owner can also be held personally liable.
It is obviously an annoying process to go through as a buyer, where you can often wait a very long time for your money.
But at least you have more rights than if you were the buyer who ordered before the bankruptcy.
