From the tenor and tone of the act of the director of the sector for the management and maintenance of municipal assets, Giovanna Avellait is perceived that there is no emergency on the horizon. But, probably, precisely to avoid the occurrence of a much more problematic situation, a whole series of checks and tests are being arranged within the Verdi Theater. The checks must be conducted by means of load tests, therefore, the first act – on the bureaucratic front – was the appointment of the professional in charge of monitoring and carrying out a whole series of activities preceding and following the static tests. Therefore, for this purpose, the estimate presented by the engineer was chosen Vito Avino who proposed to carry out the service for the total amount of 25.122 euro.
The objective to be pursued by entrusting the task to the professional and the arrangement of the various load tests is specified in the manager’s determination, «is to check the state of conservation to guarantee static safety of certain structures of the Teatro Comunale Giuseppe Verdi as well as avoiding dangerous situations for users and anyone who frequents the building in various capacities».
