No economic operator has come forward to manage the services within the Arechi castle. The tender announced by Province which is the owner of the cultural, historical and architectural symbol of the city, in fact, has gone deserted. In the offer drawn up by the offices of Palazzo Sant’Agostinothe duration of the concession was set at 84 months (7 years) for an annual amount estimated at 553.132 euro (VAT excluded) equal to approximately 50 thousand euros per monthcorresponding to an estimated total value for the entire assignment period of 3.8 million (excluding VAT).
The possibilities
