The situation of the Granata team is there for all to see: poor and disappointing results, many athletes probably unfit to fight in the “swamp” of the cadet series, a practically ghost club with no real relationship with the square. This is why the Salernitana Clubs Coordination Center announces from today the start of a permanent protest against this company and its management, which will take place both at the Arechi stadium during Salernitana’s home matches and away from home. In Salerno and in every corner of Italy – thanks to the collaboration of affiliated clubs on the national territory – the organized fans will make their dissatisfaction felt strongly about the management which is nothing short of failure of Salernitana.
With all lawful and civil means, we will adopt a series of public initiatives aimed at denouncing the state of affairs and asking that everything be done to save this championship. Starting from the next home match against Carrarese, we will be in our place in the stands but making our discontent felt very strongly and harshly. At the same time we reiterate our unconditional support for the team: we are the ones who can and must help it get back on its feet. Salerno does not deserve such a massacre and the danger – now concrete – of returning to the third series, in a limbo that no longer belongs to a fan base that has demonstrated everywhere that it belongs in Serie A.
This is Danilo Iervolino’s last appeal to the company. Until today only WORDS AND PROMISES. If you REALLY want the good of Salernitana, take the necessary countermeasures with the FACTS (starting from the January market) to reverse the trend, otherwise draw the logical consequences, sell the company and say goodbye. As far as we are concerned – in conclusion – we are Salernitana fans and we will never leave Bersagliera alone!

The bitterness of these almost two years is going beyond all limits. If it could be measured it would exceed the many kilometers we take on every year just for the love of the shirt. Love that will never end! You were wrong, President Iervolino, already from the famous phrase of that December “Salernitana is ours!”. No, you took over a company, but Salernitana was, is and will remain OURS!
We don’t care if he paid a little or a lot or if he spent a lot or little over the years. We are, however, always consistent and, therefore, we will remain simple fans; but you took over a company, you, in your roles, put people who should also have looked at the budgets, so it’s up to you and your men to fix the too many ridiculous situations that you have created to the detriment of us and our Salerno area. Your choices MUST not affect our DIGNITY.
Therefore, for our Salernitana we ask: 1) CLARITY, enough with the theater of unrealistic puppets who don’t even know where the Arechi stadium is located; 2) PROGRAMMING, starting from the next transfer market in January, enabling the only competent football people to be able to operate in order to save a season (also read in the sense of giving respect to all those who follow the grenade shirt until the last minute, without ever leaving the field); 3) REMOVAL of all those “managers” who are responsible both for the club’s current debt situation and for not respecting the fans and the sports management, even speaking openly badly about them during an interview. May a broad mandate be given to Mr. Petrachi and the current coach, as the only way to demonstrate that he is the real manager of a football club, and to take back the role he SHOULD HAVE, giving dignity to a fan base tossed around by so much chatter and facts that are never consistent with each other.
We will always remain close to the shirt, never close to those who adopt hostile, detached and false attitudes!
