Ixtapaluca, Edomex. The candidate of the Let’s keep making history coalition, Claudia Sheinbaum, promised, before thousands of supporters, including members of the teaching profession, to increase the salary of teachers “to at least the average salary registered in the IMSS.”
He insisted: “We are going to recognize in the Constitution, in article 4, the support for women between 60 and 64 years old, we are going to add to that same article that the salary increase will never be below inflation.”
Here, in this town, he asserted that “we are going to overthrow the neoliberal pension reform, the one carried out by Zedillo and Calderón so that there are fair pensions.”
Before the thousands of supporters of Morena, PVEM and the PT, he promised that in his government one million homes will be built through Infonavit, so that they can rent them and then the workers who live in them can acquire them.
Likewise, he committed to solving the problem of water, transportation, security, and health. For the latter, he even said that wellness pharmacies will operate where IMSS and ISSSTE patients will be able to purchase free medications.
