When deciding on a new job, many employees pay particular attention to the salary. This is shown by a representative Forsa survey. Three out of four respondents (75 percent) named salary as the most important criterion when choosing their employer. However, 64 percent also pay attention to the distance to the workplace. Flexible working hours are important for 52 percent, a good work-life balance for 51 percent, and an attractive area of responsibility (49 percent) can also score points when making a decision.
